Hopeless (Hopeless #1) by Colleen Hoover

Sometimes discovering the truth can leave you more hopeless than believing the lies…

That’s what seventeen-year-old Sky realizes after she meets Dean Holder. A guy with a reputation that rivals her own and an uncanny ability to invoke feelings in her she’s never had before. He terrifies her and captivates her all in the span of just one encounter, and something about the way he makes her feel sparks buried memories from a past that she wishes could just stay buried.

Sky struggles to keep him at a distance knowing he’s nothing but trouble, but Holder insists on learning everything about her. After finally caving to his unwavering pursuit, Sky soon finds that Holder isn’t at all who he’s been claiming to be. Review:

5 + Heart Shattering, Breathtaking stars!!!!!

This damn book was AMAZING! The Edge of Never kind but twisted and fucked up.

There was so much sexual tension between the two characters up to half of the book or so. I understood  why so much platonic treatment andby the end the meaning of her emotional detachment (poor sky, it sucked) but still it is one of the best books/series I have ever read. And it was hilarious, sad, and embarrassing as well.

This book deserves my "book boyfriend, favorite-books, favorite-series, to-read-again, twisted, and twisted-as-fuck" bookshelves. It is so wrong and so good at the same time *sigh*

This book made me laugh and cry so, so much... I wasn't expecting so much tears. Unfortunately I love reading and the plot was so very addictive.

Holder always had a way to make Sky feel uncomfortable in a good/bad way. The bickering and banter between them was just too funny. This is one of few stories that I think I know what is happening but three chapters later the book takes a left turn instead of right and so on.

You will judge the integrity, morale and state of mind of some characters and even when they did wrong or broke the law you feel sympathy for them. This an emotional gray story because nothing is black or white.

You won't understand Holders behavior until the end... and then to fully understand what he went through you'll have to read "Losing Hope" Because yeah! that book tells the same story but with Holder's POV and then some other secrets are revealed there.

Why I waited so long to read this Series? God just knows... This story makes you appreciate what you have given in life, good and bad.

***Spoiler Alert***

Fav Quotes/Moments:

"Tell your daddy's I said thank you."

"In all seriousness, Sky. I noticed you in class today and it's obvious you're new here, too. And after seeing the stripper money fall out of your locker before fourth period, then witnessing your non-reaction to it, I knew we were meant to be. Also, I figured if we teamed up, we might prevent at least two unnecessary teenage suicides this year. So, what do you say? Want to be my very bestest friend ever in the whole wide world?"

"He flashes me his dimple-laden grin and faint. No... Literally. I fainted. And based on the ache in my shoulder and the dirt and gravel embedded in my cheek, it wasn't a beautiful, graceful fall."

"Your cookies suck ass. And you're really not that pretty."

"There's nothing like the guilt you feel when there's room in your heart to love evil."

And... That fucking ending... I got chills and tears and EVERYTHING!!!! I read it over and over again. It was just so sad and beautiful together.

"And once again in my new world full of heartache and lies, this hopeless boy somehow finds a way to make me smile."

Unattainable (Undeniable #3) by Madeline Sheehan

Warning: This is not a virtuous and tender love story. It’s chaotic, ruthless, and tragic. This story takes love and kills its innocence, steals away the pure moments, and crushes the hearts of the broken. A story born in childhood, tying one girl to one boy, leads to a destructive path—that hurts more than it doesn’t, that shatters more than it heals—testing the love that binds the two through a lifetime.

Tegen Matthews is the daughter of Dorothy Kelley, a club whore in the Hell’s Horsemen. A plain little girl, Tegen falls into the gritty world of the motorcycle club. When she meets a sweet, caring boy, she embraces the warmth and affection he shows her. Cage West is the son of the president of the Hell’s Horsemen. Tall and blond with deep brown eyes, as he grows up Cage realizes the power of his dimpled smile and smooth drawl. With one chance encounter, Tegen becomes forever tied to Cage. Following is a wayward journey that is filled with regrets, mistakes, and heartache, pulling at the threads that hold them together. Cage and Tegen fight hard but love harder, and in the end, what matters is where the journey takes one girl and one boy, who have been twined with one another since the beginning.

This is Tegen and Cage’s story.

Love doesn’t erase a broken heart, and it sure doesn’t change people. But no matter how old, how flimsy, how frayed the rope of love is, it keeps you tethered to the people you love.

The Artist Trilogy by Karina Halle

On Every Street (The Artists Trilogy #0.5)

When young con artist Ellie Watt decides to call herself Eden White and go after the drug lord who ruined her as a child, she never expects to fall for one of his henchmen. But Javier Bernal is no ordinary man. Subtly dangerous and overwhelmingly seductive, Eden finds herself passionately in love with Javier, the very person she's set-up to betray. With her body and heart in a heated battle against her deep need for revenge, no one will walk away from this con a winner.

This 50K word (100+ pages) novella takes place six years before Sins & Needles. It can be read before or after Sins & Needles and may also be read as a standalone.

*************************************************************************

Review:

Oh my! While reading this book I went ahead and read the summary of Sins & Needles. Wrong move :S. Here I was thinking Ellie was an As3&%&ole because Javier loved her so much and she was a lying bit"#& when he was straight forward with her since the beginning and my thoughts after I finished this book were... Fucking Javier I hate you, you motherfucking bastard from hell!!!!! I need to know what the heck happens next. Moving to #1.

Sins & Needles (The Artist Trilogy #1)

Ellie Watt is used to starting over. The daughter of a grifting team, Ellie spent her childhood being used as a pawn in her parents' latest scam. Now she’s much older, wiser and ready to give her con artist life a rest. But returning to the dry desert town of Palm Valley, California means one more temptation than she bargained for – Camden McQueen. Once known as the high school weirdo, Camden is bigger and badder than the boy he used to be and a talented tattoo artist with his own thriving business. Ellie’s counting on Camden still being in love with her but what she’s not counting on is how easily unrequited love can turn into obsession over time. When Camden discovers Ellie’s plan to con him, he makes her a deal she doesn’t dare refuse, but her freedom comes with a price and it’s one that takes both Ellie and Camden down a dangerous road.

***The Artists Trilogy is a dark and sexy contemporary ride about three flawed individuals caught in a world where it's so easy to justify the bad things we do. This is a pure adult read (Not YA or NA).

This is the 1st book in the trilogy. It is followed by the novella On Every Street (released in March 2013) and the sequel Shooting Scars (released in May 2013). The third and final book in the series will also be released in 2013.***

Review:

Ellie returns to her hometown after leaving six years ago. After a con went wrong with her parents she got some serious scars in her legs from acid that was poured to her by a drug lord when she was ten. She´s no longer using a fake name but her real name and is in need of a job to hit the road again. She meets a tattooed hot guy at a coffee shop while doing a job application. He turns out to be his former friend from high school, Camden. They were friends since childhood.

She goes out with Camden several times while planning to con him but it all goes to shit when he discovers her true intentions. He gives her two options go to prison or help him disappear. Apparently tattooed hot guy has several skeletons on his closet too. They start with a love/hate relationship because the story is told from present and past. Guess who comes into the picture.... yeah! That´s right Javier Bernal.

Shooting Scars (The Artists Trilogy #2)

Sometimes the right choice can be the deadliest.

When Ellie Watt made the ultimate sacrifice for Camden McQueen, she never thought it would be easy. But walking away with her ex-lover, Javier Bernal, in order to ensure Camden’s safety has brought a whole new set of dangers. With Javier’s plans for Ellie growing more secretive by the moment, Ellie must find a way to stay ahead of the game before her past swallows her whole.

Meanwhile, Camden’s new life is short-lived. Fueled by revenge and pursued by authorities, he teams up with an unlikely partner in order to save Ellie. But as Camden toes the line between love and retribution, he realizes that in order to get back the woman he loves, he may have to lose himself in the process. He might just turn into the very man he’s hunting.

Told in dual POV from Camden and Ellie.

Review:

Woooooooooooooo!!! That was one hell of a ride....

This is the reason I hate reading a trilogy that hasn´t been finished. Now what?!

Someone went all Liam Neeson on Javier.

I love Ellie.
.
..
...
....
I love Camden.
.
..
...
....
.....
.......
........

I FUCKING LOVE... JAVIER BERNAL!!! There I said it...

I´ve never read a book that caused me so much conflict to choose between two contenders for the love of a woman!

The three of them are doing so much shit in their present that they haven´t lost their head just because they have it glued to their neck.

It is said that "all is fair in love and war"...and apparently revenge too.

I love books in which the characters do all kinds of wrongs and still the writer makes you side with them because there´s always a reason behind their actions. They make you justify, spare them your hate, and make you pray for everything to end well for them.

The thing is, that with this book there´s not a woman and a guy and a bad guy.... There are 3 fucked up people that love/hate each other.

What the heck is wrong with me!?.. Can someone please explain?!

That motherfucking asshole is a fucking liar! A fucking CHEATER! a killer! A dangerous/deadly drug lord! Then why did I read this book with the sole hope of getting glimpses of Ellie and Javier together. Sparks fly with those two.

I mean I felt horrible for poor Camden. He is hot, he is in love with Ellie, I even love him too.. He has changed so much from last book to this one. He has evolved , as Javier told Ellie several times.

My heart aches for the man that will not get the girl. I feel like she has mixed feelings/SS with each of them since book one. First when Camden blackmailed her to help him, then Javier blackmailing her to get to Travis and she has give in to both of them.. She hates one and claims to love the other or is it the other way around? Is it real love, friendship, a distant memory of a past love. She doesn't know what she wants, who she wants, who she loves. N-O-T-H-I-N-G. This might be SS at its finest LOL. What she knows is that she is a con artist nothing more. That´s all she´s seen in her life since she was a kid and old/bad habits die hard.

In this book we see two sides of the story: Camden and Ellie´s POV.

While she is going back "unwillingly"/"willingly" to her past, Camden is on the run and has to find Gus before the cops get to him. Together Gus and Camden hit the road to go find Ellie in Veracruz, Mexico. WHAT?! Yes, she is there with Javier looking for Travis and even though Javier says he used to love her and not anymore because she broke him the moment she left, you can tell he still has feelings for her and is trying to mold her thoughts so she can stay with him and she still has feelings despite the hate she claims because she´s still not over the fact that he slept with someone else. As I said above, there´s always a reason to every action... I AM NOT justifying him, I still hate him for what he did but I feel less stung after finishing this book though. You see how fucked up this is? Javier killed people for her claiming he was protecting her, he blackmailed her too and the only thing I hate about this asshole is that he CHEATED! BAHAHAHAHA

A strange alliance has formed, loyalties are questioned too, the villains don't look as evil as before. Who will get the girl when it´s all said and done?!

I loved how the writer portrayed the drug issues in Mexico. Sometimes I forgot I was reading a book and thought it was a newspaper with the latest stunts the DC´s had done. What made it more believable is that she explain a real case scenario where ambulance gets to pick someone injured but then the cartels stop them and take the person with them.

She has done her research well.

I can´t wait for October to come. If there is a chance I could read the third installment earlier I would. Now what the hell am I supposed to do Ms. Halle!!!??

Impatiently waiting for...

Bold Tricks (The Artists Trilogy #3)

The thrilling conclusion to The Artists Trilogy

October 15th, 2013 ?!!!

I can hardly wait.. Thank God this fabulous writer won´t keep us waiting a whole year to read the third installment.

***********************************************************************

****SPOILER ALERT***

DON´T LOOK INTO THIS REVIEW IF YOU HAVEN´T READ IT. MOST OF THE SPOILERS WILL BE UNDERLINED.

Oh my God.!! That ending shred my heart into tiny little pieces. I read it like 4 times (out loud while sobbing like a fucking baby! It was so sad, so cruel, so unfair and beautiful at the same time.

Noo!!! Words can´t describe what I´m currently feeling at this precise moment...I feel angst, sad, I´m fucking pissed!

I am VERY glad I read this book until know. Why?! Because the last installment was recently published this month, so imagine what my frustration would have been if it wasn't.

This is one of a few books that makes me feel SO mad at the characters and the third parties and all the situations that are happening for their lack of fuc"&/ing COMMUNICATION.!!!! AGrrrrrrr.!!!

Let the roller coaster begin...

When I started reading this book my first thoughts where: "What a bitch! Is it as bad as she keeps telling what she did to him? Fucking Opportunist! you manipulative bitch.! But I was so wrong. This story is full of twists and turns and LOTS AND LOTS of misunderstandings. The characters are so fucked up. They claim to love each other but they don't communicate and, that unleashes a chain reaction that comes with life changing decisions.

This story is written in present and past chapters. It starts with her watching someone she hurt from her past that she never got over him and still loves. Caleb. She decides she will approach him and to her surprise, he doesn't remember her because he lost his memory in a a car accident three months ago. She obviously doesn't tell him who she is Fucking opportunist) and she has another chance to right her wrongs. Poor Caleb.

DO NOT KEEP READING THIS REVIEW UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE BOOK FIRST

While reading their present you get to see glimpses of what their relationship was after they first met at college. She was unattached and always holding back her emotions for him and felt inferior with others due to her lack of money. To be honest the poor girl had a traumatic past and she was afraid of commitment, I don't blame her at all. Caleb keeps trying to reassure her and psychoanalyzing her. He is fascinated by her strong will. His friends and family don't approve of their relationship but he doesn't care.

In the present, while she is trying to right her wrongs with him, a third wheel comes in sight. His girlfriend Leah who after his accident he no longer remembers her, but she has been by his side supporting him through that hard time. He tells Leah that he needs time to think and "they take a break". Meanwhile, he gets to know Olivia. I really felt bad for her at some point in this book because she had several opportunities to tell him about their past but he always shushed her.

Their MO for breakup is always flee from the scene of the crime and never look back and that´s what she is forced to do when Leah finds out who she really is. She doesn't want to stick around to face him when he remembers because the last time they spoke he had said he was done with her. She is a fucking coward

Olivia is a viper and apparently Leah is too. She doesn't play fair. Olivia decides to step out of the picture. She moves to Texas with her friend Cammie. She meets someone else while studying law school and gets engaged.

Chapter from the past shows someone in a car accident disoriented. It´s Caleb when he gets to the hospital and doctors ask if he remembers, he denies it. WHAT?!!!!! HE KNEW ALL ALONG WHO HE WAS AND WHO SHE WAS?!!! MOTHERFUCKING ASSHOLE.!!! WHY DIDN´T HE TELL HER!!!?? I DONT UNDERSTAND!HE LET HER GO AGAIN!!! I AM SO FUCKING MAD! SHE LEFT BECAUSE SHE WAS AFRAID OF WHAT HE´LL SAY OR DO AFTER HE REMEMBERED. WHAT A FUCKING MESS.

They move back to Florida years later and while she´s at work she is given a case of some heiress who´s in trouble due to pharmaceutical charges. She is met by her husband who happens to be CALEB.!! That motherfucking asshole married fucking Leah as revenge! because he left him! AGRrrrr.. She doesn't tell him what Leah did to them.

She defends his wife and wins the case. Leah is free to keep her husband. She never got over the fact that Caleb loves Olivia. Caleb tries to tell her he never forgot. Obviously he doesn't have the chance to come clean. He is working in his marriage and apparently he loves Leah. He is mad at Olivia for leaving him twice. After some serious twists and turns she decides she´ll go talk to him come clean about everything and ask him to take her back. She and Cammie go to his house and break in and find some interesting stuff. She takes a flight to Rome where Caleb and Leah are staying. While flying to Rome she meet Noah and makes friends with him. She tells him all about the love of her life and how she let me go and all the shit that happened to them. She watches Leah approaching a recently bathed Caleb. She has to stop Leah´s attempts to get pregnant and calls the hotel to stop them. It works. Noah invites her to dinner. They have a very nice talk. She goes back to the hotel and stays outside looking at it and says words he´ll never get to hear. He is right behind her. He tells her he has to go back to his wife but that she´ll always be loved first. WHAT!!! THE!!!! FUCK.!!!!

HE IS FUCKING REALLY HAPPY WITH FUCKING RED HEAD MOTHERFUCKING BITCH.!

Because of the writing style you have to put the pieces together. You understand both better and realize that none of them are free from sin. They are both guilty of charge.

Chapter with Olivia´s past lets you know why they broke up before his accident but doesn't fully shows you why and you start dreading to read what the fuck is going to happen... It is until 92% of the book that you fucking HATE Caleb. I assure you will fucking hate him. Fucking scumbag Caleb.!!! Agrrrrrrr

The ending is just heartbreaking. There´s not really a cliffhanger but they have to suffer through all their ordeals to try to be together and somehow not only their friends, his family but the whole fucking universe conspires to keep them apart.

I laughed, cried, and wanted to punch someone or something while reading this one. They just had to tell the truth to each other to fix things, but no! They never do it and they live through a fucking calvary. They assumed always the worst about them and they were both their worst enemies. It is the first book I read that doesn't end with the HEA I was expecting but leaves me with a bittersweet feeling.

"I take my first step and then my second and right before the door closes. I look once over my shoulder. Caleb is still under the tree, he winks at me, and I smile."

I bow to you Tarryn Fisher...

FAV Quotes:

"He chuckles at me. I envision myself jamming a pen into his trachea. Blood. There would be lots of blood to clean up. I better not."

"I had now officially secured my front row seat on the train to Hell."

"NO! Absolutely...No! I cant even believe...where the hell are you?"
"Come on, Cam, if I had another friend to ask, I would..."
"you certainly would not ask anyone else to do something so psychotic. And, if you did, I would be highly offended."
"I´m on my way to your house"
"Fine. I´ll be ready and waiting. Make sure you pick up the coffee."
"What car are we taking?"
"I thought you didn't want to."
"Of course I want to, but I would look like a bad person if I didn't object at all"

Epilogue (The Dark Duet #3) by C.J. Roberts

BOOK 3 OF THE DARK DUET

(The final version should have 15 Chapters + an epilogue)

I’m writing this because you begged. You know how I love the begging. In fact, you probably know too many things and know them far too well.

Who am I?

Well, that’s what I’m trying to figure out. I was a whore in my youth, a killer since my adolescence, and a monster as a man. I am the man who kidnapped Livvie. I am the man who held her in a dark room for weeks. But, most importantly, I am the man she loves.

She loves me. It’s quite sick, isn’t it?

Of course, there’s more to our story than can be surmised in a few short sentences, but I’m at a loss for justifying my behavior back then. I assume if you’re reading this, I don’t need to make those justifications. You’ve already made your own.

You’re reading this because you want to know about the rest of the story. You want to know what happened that warm summer night in September of 2010, the night I met Livvie at The Paseo. It was the night my life changed all over again.

It didn't happen exactly as Livvie said. She’s been very kind to me in the retelling of our story. The truth is far more…complicated.

***********************************************************

My master of half-truths is so arrogant.!!

"Of course, there’s more to our story than can be surmised in a few short sentences, but I’m at a loss for justifying my behavior back then. I assume if you’re reading this, I don’t need to make those justifications. You’ve already made your own." - Caleb

5+ Mother fucking stars.!! This was the perfect closure..

I read several reviews in which people say that the story ended in SITD and there was no need for a third book. I TOTALLY disagree. A man like Caleb can´t change his ways from one day to another. That change takes an incredible amount of time and patience. I think we (lovers of The Dark Duet Series) needed this closure for our piece of mind. After I read CITD and SITD my brain was wasted. Yes.!! I even closed SITD and start bawling like a 5 year old when Livvie spoke for the first time with Agent Reed (I hope you remember which part I´m talking about).

In this book we see Caleb as the self assured, arrogant, master of half-truths motherfucker he´s always been but still with a keen interest for Livvie. He loves her and knows that the right thing to do is let her live her life without him but he´s too selfish to let her go.

After Livvie was left in the Mexico/US Border and spoke to the FBI, went into witness protection and changed her name and her place of residence she couldn´t put herself together. She just wasn´t ready to give him up and forget about him and by the end of SITD she had fallen for him big time. She protected him when she was questioned about him, go figure. They are made for each other. They are two of a kind. We new already they ended up together. They had a so much ups and downs in this book but fortunately they could figure everything out.

There is really no ending to their story. They are in love, the story ended after they were able to sort everything out or at least some. They´ll keep having adventures. I´m pretty sure about that and we also know what he did, who he was before falling for Livvie and we know they´ll keep running to keep Caleb safe from getting caught my the INTERPOL, FBI, CIA or whoever wants him caught. He lives one day at a time. He misses his old life. It´s easy but he wants to be a better man for her. *Sigh*

Unbeautifully (Undeniable #2) by Madeline Sheehan

Warning: This is not a story about fate or destiny. This is a story about pain, sorrow, and suffering. This is an impulsive whirlwind romance between two lovers that are not meant to be together. Theirs is not a world with sunshine and roses. Instead, their love blossoms in a secret world full of crime, violence, and death. Their story is about what can be born from nightmares.

Danielle “Danny” West is the daughter of Deuce West, President of the Hell’s Horsemen Motorcycle Club. A sweet and beautiful girl, she loses her way, searching for things that are always out of her reach. Erik “Ripper” Jacobs is the Sergeant of Arms in the Hell’s Horsemen. Once a man who always had a smile on his face, his life takes a turn for the worst when a tragedy befalls him, leaving him scarred and broken. During a midsummer night, Danny and Ripper’s paths cross, forever changing their lives. Hastily, their lust turns to love until another tragedy forces them apart. On a journey that is marred with ugliness and chaos, Danny and Ripper must discover if their unforeseen connection can find the beauty in their world.

This is Danny and Ripper’s story.

Everything has beauty. Even the ugly. Especially the ugly.
Because without ugly, there would be no beauty.

Review:

Finally after 3 long days.. I feel comfortable to post my review... yeii ;)

There´s no secret I didn't enjoy reading Undeniable . I liked it and felt all the drama but it was just too much for me but I kept reading and got hooked waiting for this one... and this one left me waiting impatiently for the one after that and so on.

I had two options. One, read the third installment of one of my favorite series "The Blackstone affair" or... the sequel of some MC asshole bikers... Guess what I read first?!

Ladies and gentlemen, for your consideration... Unbeautifully.

I`ve read books where authors write 2 POV´s and they are great but Madeline didn´t want 2 POV´s... she WANTED perfection and had to go all the way and write not 2 but 4 POV´s that left me speechless!!!! She managed to keep the characters personality intact and make them grow emotionally all the way to the end. I wonder how she does it.

My feelings towards this book...

This book is not sugar coated .. Is twisted and fucked up (Twisted as Fuck I might say). We all know the Hell’s Horsemen Motorcycle Club guys are assholes and criminals too and they only care about screwing girls, drinking and the club obviously. This book was written crude without apologies and TRUTH is.. I'm pretty sure there´s an entirely different world out there we don't know about where these type of shit happens. There´s a thin line between dark and light and she was able to dissipate that line where it becomes a gray area and everything doesn't look so bad. Even when we know they torture and kill people and cheat on their women we start having strong feelings for them.. I know I did and my heart was broken for Danny and Ripper. I just wanted them to be ok. HOW FUCKED UP AM I ?!!!

When I started reading the first chapter I was like "Damn it.! She wrote the end at the beginning.!!!" I was so mad...Then... she goes back 3 years before the HEA of Eva and Deuce. My GOD.!! Those 2 had to much to work on to be happy... I was glad they finally found peace with each other.

Danny and Ripper ... What got to me was the fact that this guy wasn't and Adonis..well not anymore after the number Frankie did on him in UnD. This was sort of a Beauty and the Beast story. He being the physically scared bad guy and she the beautiful damsel who melted the heart of the man of ice and I loved it.

When I finished UnD and found out she was dating ZZ I thought "Awww.. cute couple" .. Then, I read the synopsis of UnB and "WTH.!! Ripper?! Ugh disgusting! Believe me my friends.. so many H-O-T sex between those two that when you finish reading all you'll want is a Ripper screwing you all day long. At least I want a taste of THAT.!

There were parts were I said: (Danny & Ripper) "Damn, so hot", "Damn, he didn't .!! Did he?" "OMG, she didn't " "Agr, fucking asshole", "Agr, why you so stupid girl..!!!" (Deuce and Eva) "Deuce, you bad boy.!!" "Eva.!! Stop whining and go get you man!" "Agr, fucking asshole too".

We also get to see Kami and Cox´s relationship... which was hilarious.. but you can tell they love each other to death..

"And sometimes, love is unconventional and it breaks all the rules and blurs all the lines and basks in its glory, shining as bright as the sun, unapologetically glowing even under the narrowed stares of society and its screaming self-righteous morals, berating and judging that which it doesn´t understand."

Destiny puts them together, they have to hide their relationship from her father (Motherfucking Deuce), tragedy happens, dramaMORE tragedy happens, more dramaaaaa, MOREEEEE tragedy happens.. And in the midst of all the shit what does the oldest MC biker do? He lits up a cigarrette ..... I love Bluee.. LOL . I ain`t gonna spoil ANYTHING else about this story…. well, only at the end with my fav quotes so don't read them. You'll have to read the whole story and enjoy the fucked up world Madeline Sheehan has introduced to us.

"That moment when you finish a book, look around, and realize that everyone is just carrying on with their lives as though you didn´t just experience emotional trauma at the hands of a paperback."

After my brain got drained with UnB I was..

I am officially a sucker for Madeline Sheehan books...

This was so much better than a TV Drama show. I truly loved this story. I guess since I had previously met almost all the characters from the first book I already knew what to expect. Drama, lust, hatred, more drama ... fucked up feelings, twists and turns. Just when you think everything is fixed and the main characters will get their HEA .. WHam!!!! some deep shit happens.

****BEWARE OF SPOILERS****

FAV QUOTES...MOMENTS...

"Danny, three songs gone by and there´s some old fuckin´ bitch makin´ statutory rape faces at me."

Because, shit, Danny wasn´t pussy he should be scoping. Danny was Deuce´s daughter. A bullet to the head.

Naked?
Fuck.
He´d passed out at the lake.
Fuck.
He glanced behind him.
FUCK.
And all at once his memories came back, slapping him in the face, each one harder and more painful than the last.
"Congratulations," he said. "You´ve just fucked yourself to death."

Maybe this was how his miserable life was finally going to end: Death by pussy.

"You´re so fuckin´crazy, bitch!"
"And you´re a fucking whore!"
